Andrea Bogdon has been proud to call Southern Indiana home for the last 29 years.  She is a graduate of Purdue University and received her Bachelor of Science from the School of Education.  Before becoming a Real Estate Professional, Andrea spent 15 years in the banking industry working in Mortgage and Commercial Lending and most recently as AVP of Retail Banking.  Andrea also has volunteered and worked for the New Albany Floyd County School Corporation.  

Andrea received the Southern Indiana Realtors Association’s TEAM ROOKIE AGENT OF THE YEAR In 2018 and has since been one of the top agents on the Board.

Andrea Specializes in New Construction, Residential Listings, Residential Resale, and Buyers Agency.  She is well known for excellent customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail, and ensuring a positive experience for all parties.

One of the favorite parts of her job is to introduce new clients, who she calls friends, to Southern Indiana and all it has to offer!

Andrea has been married to her husband Scott for 29 years, they have two daughters and just recently welcomed the birth of their first grandchild!   She is also active in Northside Christian Church.

Dayna Ashley is a New Albany High School graduate and received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Music from Indiana University Southeast. She achieved national recognition when she won Miss Indiana 1993-94. She was later named a Top 7 “Quality of Life Finalist” for Outstanding Community Service in Indiana in The Miss America Pageant. Dayna has traveled across the country and abroad singing, speaking, and performing, and still speaks and sings to audiences today.

Dayna has over 20 years of experience as a Real Estate Specialist; specializing in New Construction, Residential Sales, and Marketing and is a certified Cartus Relocation Specialist.

Rhonda grew up in Southern Indiana and has lived in New Albany for the past 13 years. Rhonda earned her Associate's Degree in Science from Galen College of Nursing where she has worked as a Registered Nurse.  Her passion for helping others, coupled with her Real Estate license has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily. 

Rhonda Spencer is a REALTOR/Broker for Schuler Bauer Real Estate Services, VA Certified, and licensed in both Indiana and Kentucky.
